While I have a background in law, I am also a serial entrepreneur involved in start-ups and growth/emerging companies. I have helped in efforts to take a company to the public market through an Initial Public Offering (IPO) and brought other companies to market as acquisition targets.

I presently serve as the Emergency Preparedness Coordinator for my Church engaged in all manners of emergency response at both the regional area and home level.



I am a proud Eagle Scout from the Narragansett (R.I.) Council (Troop 1 North Scituate, 11/30/1980), Wood Badge Bead-holder (S7-421-16-1-1), District Award of Merit (Occoneechee Council, Neuse River District), former Scoutmaster and Assistant Scoutmaster, 11 Year-old Scout Leader, Explorer Post Advisor & Founder (Post 225, Youngsville NC), Venture Crew Advisor, and a brother in the Order of the Arrow (Occoneechee Council, Thunderbird).
